I’m sorry everyone, I’m simply snowed under at the moment. I didn’t get the time over the weekend to draw the comic and today I’ve literally had no time to sit down and draw anything more than this quick sketch. I’m hopeful that I’ll have more time once the various personal issues (that have all landed on me at once) are sorted out. Until then, stay tuned and apologies once more!

Happy Easter everyone! Don’t worry, the next thrilling episode of The Life of Nob T. Mouse may have been delayed but I’ve got both it and the following episode all sketched out already so be sure to check back on Easter Monday for the next instalment!

This is a story that came about because of pestering for another interlude story. I was toying with the idea of doing a sequel to Nob Trek where Nob Mouse and Co would be flying around the galaxy in the NSS Cheesy once more but then I hit on the idea of crossing a Dalek with Oscar the Grouch and this little tale just fell into place. When a story hits you like that, you just have to go with it or you’ll lose it and never get it back.

I’m indebted somewhat to my girlfriend, Jennifer, for the resolution to the story. She suggested having a TARDIS-like ship that was the same size on the inside as it was on the outside, and then having someone get stuck in it when it was in a small shape. I took that idea and played around with it for a while, then came up with the idea of having Nob Mouse squeezing himself inside a post box, only to find out that his efforts were in vain because it was the wrong post box. Sometimes the simplest jokes are the best ones.

I am unfortunately bogged down by coursework at the moment. I have an assignment due on Wednesday about EU law and it’s major part of my degree course so I really can’t take the time out to finish my work on today’s episode of Pie Noon. I’m very sorry to disappoint everyone but please rest assured that once the coursework is done, I’ll have a new episode up for you to enjoy.
